Below are the key points to share the right deal.

  1. Preferred locations in Western, Central and Harbor lines – Western from Bandra to Dahisar, Central Ghatkopar to Thane and Harbor Vashi to Panvel
  2. Preferences: Outright or JD or DMā€¦? Both outright to JD. DM happy to explore
  3. Minimum potential development and expected topline..? Minimum topline 200 Crores & above
  4. Preference range of selling price of apartments..? Depending on the location
  5. Residential or Mixed Developmentā€¦? Primarily Residential and if Mix 80% Residential
  6. Are they willing to assess stuck projects..? Yes depending on the proposal and financial viability
  7. Minimum Land parcel – 1 acre & above. If Bandra or other prime locations depending on FSI can assess below 1 acre
  8. Co-development of projects – Happy to explore. will depend on project viability and expected IRR
  9. SRA – Yes, if the LOI is received.
