We would be in the position to make an informed decision within 10 days of receiving your complete details. Initially for most cities, we shall be only granting license to one school per district on a first come first served basis.

Land requirement- Minimum 2 acres
Building & Infrastructure Development Costs: 8 to 15 crores
Franchise Fee: Rs. 30, 00,000 +GST
Royalty: 8% + GST of Gross Revenue for the first 5 years.
5% + GST of Gross Revenue for the next 5 years.
2.5% + GST of Gross Revenue till the school franchise is operational.
