Looking to buy out or significant stake with Active Management Participation in Small and Mid Sized Companies.

This is for our Clients with an Investment range between INR 20-100 Crores based on reasonable valuation.

1) Consumer Sector , FMCG, Food Sector, D2C Brands.

2) Manufacturing

3) Healthcare and HealthTech

Prerequisites of the target Company:

1) Company's minimum turnover INR 20 Crores & above.

2) Ethical management at promoter level and professionally managed

3) Strong custom base with high pedigree .

4) Preferably in Maharashtra. Other locations may be considered very selectively

Wants equity stake between 25 to 100%

Play an active role with the promoters to take the company forward to next level of growth including further Funding and IPO
